Superb Cuisine Miri (Menu) 好味道
It is the weekend and I brought my mother over to Superb Cuisine for a meal together. We ordered small portions of homemade beancurd, kangkong belacan, salt & pepper ribs and sea cucumber soup with two servings of white rice.
Then, we each ordered an iced Kedondong juice and Teh Peng to wash down our meal with.

Superb Cuisine introduces new dishes such as Fried Bittergourd with Salted Egg, claypot kanglong, hotplate chicken, ying yang buttermilk prawn, kampung beancurd, broccoli with mushroom, claypot sea cucumber, XO Manicai, nai huang spare ribs, yam basket (pre-order only), aromatic chicken and xiang cai beancurd.
In the Noodles menu, they recommended Hokkien Mee, Moon Mee, Penang Kueh Teow with clams, Prawn Mee, Fresh Fish Mee Soup, Claypot Mee with a special menu of Roti Kahwin (Kaya and Butter).
They also serve porridge, fried rice, snacks and desserts to cater for various diners’ needs.

Homemade Beancurd and Thai Style Beancurd are recommended from the Beancurd menu.
In the Vegetable menu, the restaurant offers dishes such as Sweet & Sour Bok-choy, Cole with red fermented beancurd, Sheng Lao Midin, Kim Heong Eggplant, Eggplant with salted fish & minced pork and many more. There is an Add On menu where vegetables are cooked with special ingredients like sambal, creamy buttermilk, assorted eggs, salted egg, diced meat and seafood.
For the Pork menu, you can find different cooking styles. For example, Deep Fried Pork Belly, Salted Egg Pork, Sweet & Sour Pork, Philippines Pork Knuchle, Braised Pork Belly with Salted Fish, Braised Pork with Salted Vege, Spare Ribs in Plum Sauce, Deep Fried Spare Ribs and more.
