The other day, I was driving around Miri City Centre and spotted a huge DOJO signboard at the corner of my eye. Now that it is the weekend, finally I have a chance to visit!

DOJO Nanyang Kopi House Miri (Menu)
This coffee house definitely stayed true to its Nanyang theme with the vintage tiled floor, marble table top and wooden rattan furnishings.
The shop has an open air concept which allowed fresh air and natural lighting to enter, plus ceiling fans for air ventilation.
For my drink, I ordered the signature iced DOJO Nanyang Kopi Susu Kahwin. It is a Nanyang style roasted coffee with milk served cold with ice. The creamy milk and rich coffee aroma blends well with each other and it energises me.
I also got a plate of Kaya Butter Toast to enjoy with my coffee. The toast was crunchy with the right amount of sweetness from the kaya and smooth buttery fragrance.
To complete my brunch, I ordered the signature Indonesian Ayam Lelap with Plain Rice. The plate presented three pieces of fried chicken, half cut hard boiled egg, seasoned peanuts, crackers, cucumber slices and homemade sambal. For me, this is one full heavy meal that is enough to get me through the day.
