Maan Café Miri: Bidayuh & Local Cuisine (Menu)
The food display counter was filled with a variety of delicious traditional Bidayuh cuisines such as local vegetables, chicken, pork and fish. All of them look so appetising that I had to order myself the nasi campur.
I chose the local fern and curry chicken as my sides to go with my rice. I have my own trick where I pour a generous amount of curry gravy on top of my rice so it is more flavourful and it helps me finish up my rice faster too.
After devouring my heavy spicy lunch, I drank a cup of Iced Grass Jelly and Milk to cool my body down and clear away the curry aftertaste.
