First I ordered the Kam Heong Squid which was spicy and flavourful.
Next was a beef dish with a rich broth and spring onions. The meat was tender and the soup had a nice comfort to it.
Next I ordered Stir Fry Royal Chives (qinglong cai) for a light fresh pair with the meal.
The Salad Seafood Bean curd was crispy outside and soft inside, served with a creamy sauce.
Next was steamed fish which was fresh served with silken tofu and garnished with fresh veggies and garlic.

The restaurant uses a digital ordering system through a website, making it easy to order.
The serve coconut, sugarcane and watermelon juice, along with beers like Carlsberg, Guinness Stout and Heineken.
They also offer common and local canned drinks too.
The local drink options included teh, kopi, wheatgrass and other options.
The extensive drink menu also included Lemon tea, salted plum and other unique options.
For fried rice, the menu had various seafood options to choose from like sambal, salted fish and seafood.
The Mee options included kueh tiao, bee hoon, seafood, fried mee- giving a proper Chinese experience.
The fish menu included seasonal fishes like red snapped, tilapia and bawal. They also offered prawn cooked in kam heong, salted egg, creamy butter and more.
The crab menu had BBQ, Steam, Stir-Fry, Salted Egg, black pepper, creamy butter and kam hiong variety.
They also had fresh seafood including lala, arc and white clam along with squid in many broth and sauces.
The beef, lamb and venison meat was available in simple flavors: ginger onion and black pepper.
On the other hand, chicken menu was very broad with sauces and sides to choose from.
The veggie and bean menu had a nice variety- perfect to serve as sides with the heavy meaty dishes.
Similarly, the soups had a range too, from simple broths to meaty soups.
Lastly the menu closed with a few tofu and seafood options.
