Taman Awam Seafood Restaurant Miri
I got a serving of Satay, freshly grilled with crispy-smokey bits. This Satay is not from the restaurant itself, but from a stall that sells Satay.
To munch on something crispy, I tried the fried squid, it was golden, crispy and well seasoned.
The Cangkuk Manis fried egg was also very comforting with a mild flavor. The greens with the egg felt healthy paired together.
Next came Midin which was crunchy, fresh, light and drenched in a tangy spicy sauce.
The BBQ stingray fish was nicely grilled and charred with a little bit of spice. The meat was sweet and juicy- perfect for the highlight of the meal.
