Sushi Zanmai Miri Times Square
There, I started with Chawanmushi which was a warm egg custard with mushroom served in a small cup, perfect as an appetizer.
Along with that, there was green tea.
To munch on beside the appetizers, I got Boiled Edamame served with a sprinkle of salt.
Another drink caught my eye, clear on top brown on bottom- the Shikuwasa Fruit Soda. It was refreshing and fizzy.
The Salmon Sashimi was beautifully sliced and plated. Each piece looked fresh and orange with white marbling.
The Grilled Salmon Head came with a lemon wedge. It looked crispy with smokey charred edges.
Next was Ebi Tempura, served golden and crisp.
The Shishamo Fried had small fried fishes served with chili oil.
The Seafood Okonomiyaki was packed with toppings. It had light flakes on top.
The Fried Salmon Skin was thin, crispy and golden on the outside.
The Gyuniko Salad Maki had beef and veggies rolled together with spring onion on top.
Next was Stamina Roll which had cucumber in it topped with roasted eel.
Shiki No Salmon had a beautiful presentation that looked bright and nicely arranged.
This plate had a mix of Sushi. Each piece was topped with spicy mayo or greens.
The next plate was Mentaiko Zanmai, finished with sauce and looked very tasty.
Last was the Chuka Chinmi which was a seasoned scallop dish which looked glossy and topped with sesame seeds.
