The Pullman Miri Waterfront is a huge hotel in Miri with hundreds of full service rooms. So obviously having a parking area was a must.

Premium parking area – infront hotel lobby
Not only did the Pullman have normal parking, it also had a premium parking space that was right in front of the hotel lobby. The price for that space was 10 Malaysian Ringgits per hour. And if you wanted it for the full day, you could get it at 138 Malaysian Ringgits.
Normal parking area (level 2 – 5)
On the other hand, the normal parking was on levels 2 to 5. Guests could access it by the elevator.
It was a vast area, with so many different cars parked there.
It was also really well-lit and sunny. I went there in the morning and I was happy to see that I didn’t even need any lights to navigate the space.
There were broad lanes through which you could drive while looking for your parking spot.
The parking spots were wide enough to fit both big and small cars.
All the entry and exit points were neatly labelled.
And there were ramps leading out of the parking area.
It uses an automatic car plate scanner, parking is free for hotel guests, upon check in, reception would give you a QR code, then scan the QR code to open this page in web browser (haste.my), enter your car plate number to validate each time before leaving the car park.
The website was very simple and easy to use.
Shuttle bus
There was a shuttle bus from the hotel parking area which went to different places and charged different rates. There were shuttles to the airport.
There were also shuttles that went to the shopping mall.
And to the handicraft center as well.
