The shop reminds me of the old industrial days in Miri with dark wood, cement and milk cans decor.
After taking a seat, I ordered myself the local favourite Cendol. It is drizzled with sugar syrup and milk on top with a mix of green cendol (jelly noodle), red sago balls, cincau cubes and red beans.
I also got a plate of Sotong Kangkong, that is made of blanched water spinach and squid with toppings of rojak sauce, peanuts and chilli sauce.

Borneo de Old Taste Menu are the same across their branches in Piasau Utara Miri and Batu 5 Bintulu.
The shop offers a weekend special menu, Bubur Cha Cha, that is available on Saturdays and Sundays only.
