Restaurant Al Asna Morsjaya Miri
Inside, there was a food counter with flavored spiced rice served along with various containers of curries that smelled very appetizing. There were Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Beef and egg covered in various gravies that looked ready to be served with rice or bread.
There were also dry meat options, one that was deep fried with spices and other covered in some chilli sauce.
They also served Boiled Eggs as sides either plain boiled eggs or boiled eggs covered in sauce.
I got the briyani rice with a side of lamb curry and a boiled egg which looked really tasty and filling.
The rice came with a fried crispy cracker to munch on alongside.
I also ordered an Iced Teh, a favorite among the locals.
For sides, I ordered a Maggi Goreng which was stir fried noodles with crunchy vegetables and a squeeze of lemon.
The last thing I ordered was the Lamb Curry with Roti Telur which was this crispy flatbread to go with the savory curry.
